Value 1 – AS PRIMARY MANAGER OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

COMPETENCE: The capacity or authority to do what is required. In so doing, the lead persons in the office must be skilled and knowledgeable so that they would be able to guide and direct their subordinate properly. Competent leaders gained respect and followed by the members.

Value 2 – IN DEALING WITH STAKEHOLDERS

GOOD HUMAN RELATIONS: The school must integrate concern for people at work. It is very important to consider the stakeholders relationship into work situation. The idea of individual differences suggests different approaches and styles in dealing with the weaknesses of the people. Care and understanding towards one another and proper communication promotes agreeable work place and harmonious relationship rather than building friction that may result to undesirable action.

Value 3 – IN DEALING WITH ITS PERSONNEL
PROFESSIONALISM: The school must exhibit justice/fairness in dealing with its personnel. Employees must be treated fairly to avoid comparisons and contrast, must give recognition when recognition is above all, the school must adhere to the code of conduct and professional ethical standards.
