The Pasay City South High High School with the collaboration of TLE Department and TVL Group H.E Club proudly took part in the nationwide celebration of the 51st Nutrition Month, embracing the spirit of promoting health and wellness among students. This year’s celebration highlighted the importance of making healthy choices and developing sustainable habits for a better quality of life.

The event was made more meaningful with the participation of our supportive School Principal, Assistant Principals, Department Heads, and School Nurse, who shared valuable insights and practical tips on how to stay healthy, motivated, and well-informed about proper nutrition and food choices. Their words inspired everyone to take small yet impactful steps toward a healthier lifestyle.

As part of the celebration, students and club members shared their knowledge and ideas on nutrition, encouraging their peers to make informed decisions about the food they eat and the habits they cultivate. Together, we emphasized that good nutrition and good habits are key to achieving a stronger body, a sharper mind, and a happier life.

Let us continue to embrace the importance of nutrition—not just for ourselves, but for our entire community. When we work together, we can build a healthier, more resilient, and more caring environment for all. 💪🏻✨

This year’s Nutrition Month carries the inspiring theme:
“Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat, Para sa Lahat!
Food Security, Maging Priority — Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!”
